Cancellation Policy

 

  • A valid credit card is required when booking your appointment (our system is encrypted and secure, your card will not be charged unless you fail to meet our 24-hour notice cancellation policy!)

 

  • We understand that time is of the essence, Waxpro Waxbar strives to be your luxury wax destination so we rarely keep you waiting. In order to provide this level of service; please respect your appointment time, the time of other clients booked after you, and the time of your Waxpro; otherwise your booked treatment cannot be guaranteed. If you realize you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call 301.881.7000 to make certain you can still be seen, otherwise your scheduled appointment will be subject to our cancellation fee.

  • We request 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services will be charged to your credit card if you fail to show for your appointment without prior notification! Please NOTE: if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will NOT be seen and your appointment WILL be treated as a no-show.

  • We ask that you fill out our consent form so that you understand and give your consent to receive our services
To better service you and save you time during your appointment, we are now asking that you please complete our Consent form PRIOR to your appointment via email and electronic submission of the Form.

  • Please Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  This will allow time to freshen up with our Box Natural Wipes, use the restroom and fill/finish Waxpro's Consent form if you haven't done so prior to arriving.

  • You must be 18+ to get waxed without Parent/Guardian permission
 
  • We maintain a strict NO Double Dipping policy! (one stick per dip!)
 
  • For Body Waxing Treatments hair needs to be at least ¼ inch long but preferably ½ inch.  Please allow about two weeks of hair growth before your visit. We DO NOT trim. Please plan accordingly.
 
  • Prior to your visit, please ensure that the chosen area is hygienically prepared. This is most important, especially when having the Brazilian bikini wax, so as to avoid any infection and, of course, out of respect for your Waxpro. (If needed, cleansing wipes are provided in treatment room.)

Accompanied Guests/Children

 

  • For health and safety reasons; only the person receiving treatment is permitted in treatment room. The only exception to this is if a parent or guardian is accompanied by a minor under the age of 12.

 

  •  We ask that you please not leave children unsupervised in waiting area.
